CHAPTER 569.
(Senate Bill 376)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 453 and 454 of Article 8 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion) , title "Cecil County", sub-title "State's Attorney",
Section 453 having been amended by Chapter 696 of the
Acts of 1943, relating to the compensation of the State's
Attorney of Cecil County.

WHEREAS, Chapter 791 of the Acts of 1945 prescribes
the salaries for the State's Attorneys of the several coun-
ties, thereby making the above sections unnecessary;
therefore

SECTION 1. Belt enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 453 and 454 of Article 8 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Cecil County", sub-title "State's Attorney", Section 453
having been amended by Chapter 696 of the Acts of 1943,
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall
take effect June 1, 1947.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 45 of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County",
sub-title "Centreville", as said section was amended by
Chapter 553 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland for the year 1941, relating to the qualifica-
tions of voters at town elections and the election of
Town Commissioners.
