1406 LAWS OF MARYLAND, [CH. 568

"Carroll County", sub-title "State's Attorney", as said
section was amended by Chapter 176 of the Acts of 1943,
relating to the compensation of the State's Attorney of
Carroll County.

WHEREAS, Chapter 791 of the Acts of 1945 prescribes
the salaries for the State's Attorneys of the several Coun-
ties, thereby making the above section unnecessary;
therefore

SECTIONl. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 346 of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Carroll County",
sub-title "State's Attorney", as said section was amended
by Chapter 176 of the Acts of 1943, be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1947.

Approved April 16, 1947.

CHAPTER 568.
(Senate Bill 369)

AN ACT to repeal Section 625 of Article 1 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Marland (1930 Edition), title
"Allegany County", sub-title "State's Attorney", said
Section relating to the compensation of the State's At-
torney of Allegany County.

WHEREAS, Chapter 791 of the Acts of 1945 prescribes
the salaries for the State's Attorneys of the several Coun-
ties thereby making the above section unnecessary;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted "by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 625 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County",
sub-title "State's Attorney", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1947.
