CHAPTER 564.
(Senate Bill 363)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 511-513A, inclusive, of Article
. 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-title "State's
Attorney", Sections 512 and 513 having been amended
by Chapter 358 of 1933 and Section 513A having been
enacted by Chapter 747 of 1941, relating to the com-
pensation of the State's Attorney of Dorchester County.

WHEREAS, Chapter 791 of the Acts of 1945 prescribes
the salaries for the State's Attorneys of the several Coun-
ties, thereby making the above sections unnecessary;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 511-513A, inclusive, of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Dorchester County", sub-title "State's Attorney",
Sections 512 and 513 having been amended by Chapter 358
of 1933 and Section 513A having been enacted by Chapter
747 of 1941, be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall
take effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 565.
(Senate Bill 364)

AN ACT to authorize and. empower the County Commis-
sioners of Calvert County to borrow upon the faith and
credit of said County a sum not to exceed Five Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($500,000.) and to issue coupon serial
bonds therefor, the proceeds to be used for the acquisi-
tion of sites for and construction and equipping of public
school buildings in Calvert County, and providing for
the levying of taxes necessary for the payment of such
bonds.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the County Commissioners of Calvert County be and
