Each of the Judges of the Orphans' Court for Frederick
County shall receive the sum of Six Dollars ($6.00) for
every day's attendance upon the session of said Court. Each
of the Judges of the Orphans' Court for Garrett County
shall receive the sum of Six Dollars ($6.00) for every day's
attendance upon the sessions of said Court, together with
an allowance of five cents (5c) per mile for each mile trav-
eled in attending the session of said Court, and the Judges
of the Orphans' Court for Charles County shall be allowed
One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars per year for traveling
expenses, payable quarterly. Each of the Judges of the
Orphans' Court for Caroline, Carroll, Charles, Dorchester,
Howard, Queen Anne's, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wi-
comico and Worcester Counties shall receive the sum of
Eight Dollars ($8.00) for every day's attendance upon the
sessions of said Court. Each of the Judges of the Orphans'
Courts for Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Cecil, Calvert, Har-
ford and St. Mary's Counties shall receive the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) for every day's attendance upon the ses-
sions of said Court. The chief Judge of the Orphans' Court
for Kent County shall receive the sum of Thirteen Dollars
and Fifty Cents ($13.50) and each of the other Judges
shall each receive the sum of Eleven Dollars ($11.00) for
every day's attendance upon the sessions of said Court.
Each of the Judges of the Orphans' Court for Prince
George's County shall receive Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) for
every day's attendance upon the sessions of said Court.
Each of the Judges of the Orphans' Court for Montgom-
ery County shall receive the sum of Fifteen Dollars
($15.00) for every day's attendance upon the sessions of
said Court, not to exceed $1,800 in any year. Each of the
Judges of the Orphans' Court for Allegany County shall
receive the sum of Twelve Dollars ($12.00) for every day's
attendance upon the sessions of said Court. Each of the
Judges of the Orphans' Court for Baltimore City shall re-
ceive the sum of Sixteen Dollars ($16.00) for every day's
attendance upon the sessions of said Court.

The sessions of said Orphans' Court of Baltimore City
shall continue from 11 A. M. to 3 P. M., if necessary, for
the transaction of business of the Court.

No mileage shall be allowed to any of the Judges of the
Orphans' Courts for attending the sessions of said Court,
except in Garrett and Charles Counties.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1947.
