of, with the corporate seal affixed thereto, and to bear
interest from their date of issuance at a rate not exceed-
ing six per centum per annum.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That in order to
provide for the payment of the said note or notes which
may be issued from time to time, together with the interest
thereon, the Board of Education of Dorchester County is
hereby authorized and directed to apply thereon, when and
as received, funds levied, appropriated and paid to the
said Board by the County Commissioners of Dorchester
County and/or the State of Maryland for school purposes.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public health and
safety, and being passed by a yea and nay vote, supported
by three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the
two Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

(House Bill 33)
AN ACT to add a new sub-section to Section 110 of Article
66 1/2 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943 Supple-
ment), title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Motor Vehicle
Financial Responsibility", said new sub-section to be known
as Sub-section (5) and to follow immediately after Sub-
section (4) of said section, authorizing the judgment debtor
to pay to the Department of Motor Vehicles the amount of
the judgment where the judgment creditor cannot be lo-
cated and relating to the suspension of a license or regis-
tration of a motor vehicle, under certain conditions.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new sub-section be and it is hereby added to
Section 110 of Article 66 1/2 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1943 Supplement), title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title
"Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility", said new sub-
section to be known as Sub-section (5), to follow immediately
after Sub-section (4) of said section, and to read as follows:
