MISCELLANEOUS APPROPRIATIONS No. 6

Item

1 To the General Funds of the State Treasury, being a transfer of this amount from
the Post-War Construction Fund, $5,260,993.95.

MISCELLANEOUS APPROPRIATIONS No. 7

The following appropriations are made from the General Funds of the State:

1 SPECIAL CONTINGENT FUND: To the Board of Public Works, to be used to
supplement appropriations for maintenance of institutions in cases where con-
struction authorized if completed will increase the number of persons to be
taken care of in such institutions. For the fiscal year 1949, out of general
funds, $250,000.00.

SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET—FISCAL YEARS 1948 AND 1949

The following Supplemental Budget Appropriations are made contingent on the
passage of legislation providing additional General Funds Revenue applicable to
these appropriations:
