TRUCK LICENSE PEES AND FRANCHISE TAXES:

     
 

To the State Roads Commission, 100% of all income

     
 

produced from the registration of trucks of the

     
 

tate, either as payment for license fees, franchise

     
 

taxes, or other purposes, without any deductions

     
 

therefrom, except as herein provided. The entire

     
 

proceeds from these sources are to he set over to

     
 

the use of the State Roads Commission and ex-

     
 

pended by it for interest and annual payment of

     
 

principal as required, on Bond obligations of the
State Roads Commission, as herein provided; the

     
 

remainder of these incomes, after deducting annual

     
 

debt service, is to merge with the income produced

     
 

by the Two Cent (2c.) Gasoline Tax, Income from

     
 

Department of Motor Vehicles and Traffic Courts,

and 70% of such amount reverting, is to be ex-

     
 

pended by the State Roads Commission for general

     
 

maintenance or reconstruction of the State System

     
 

of Roads. The remaining 30% of the above reve-

     
 

nue is to be paid by the Comptroller of the Trea-

     
 

sury to Baltimore City at the close of each fiscal

     
 

year, and is to be applied by Baltimore City in the

     
 

same manner as the City's proportionate share of

     
 

30% of the Two Cent (2c.) Gasoline Tax and In-

     
 

come from Department of Motor Vehicles ........
