of said system can be found and used, such points so used
and the co-ordinate values thereof shall be marked on the
plat, then the meridian courses and distances and co-ordinates
required by Sections 72A to 72D shall be shown on the plat in
accordance with those of the already established traverse or
co-ordinate system, and no markers will be required, but all
other requirements of Sections 72A to 72D shall be complied
with. A certificate, stating that the requirements of Sections
72A to 72D, as far as it concerns the making of the plat and
setting of the markers, has been complied with, shall be put
on the plat and signed by the owner or owners of the land
shown thereon. The plat shall be signed and sealed by a
registered Land Surveyor, or a registered Professional
Engineer.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
16D of Article 17 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1943 Supplement), title "Clerks of Court", sub-title "Gen-
eral Duties of Clerks", to correct an error in said section.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 16D of Article 17 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Clerks of Court",
sub-title "General Duties of Clerks", be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
16D. Sections 16A, 16B, 16C and 16D are enacted for the
purpose of authorizing the filing of judgments and decrees of
the United States District Court for the District of Maryland
in accordance with Section 812 of Title 28 of the United
States Code Annotated.
. SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.
