pointment.

Gentlemen of the Senate :

I hereby nominate William Raine as Measurer of Carts in
Baltimore City.

The Senate advised and consented to the aforegoing ap-
pointment.

On motion by Mr. Ford,

The Senate resumed the consideration of Legislative busi-
ness.
