House Joint Resolution to give effect to the electoral vote On motion by Mr. Gorman,

The rules were suspended so as to give a third reading
House bill to appropriate a sum of money to pay the claims By yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Joyce, Combs, of Allegany, Lancaster, Combs, of St. Mary's, McLane, Cooper, Miller, Freeman, Newcomer, Gorman, Steiner, Hepbron, Stump, Hill, Sulivane, Humphreys, Welfley—18. NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then read the third time, and passed by yeas AFFIRMATIVE.
Messrs. President, Humphreys, NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
