Senate bill to add a Section to Article 30, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments,"

Which was read the first time.

House bill entitled an Act to extend an Act entitled an
Act to incorporate the Withers Mining Company, passed at
December Session, 1857, Chapter 306, and the Act to alter
and amend said original Act of incorporation, passed at Jan-
uary Session, 1870, Chapter 227, for the period of 30 years,
and to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 2 of
said last named Act,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows, with proposed amendments:
