BY THE SENATE,

March 30th, 1878.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your message, informing the Senate that
your Honorable Body has declined to concur in the report of
the Conference Committee on the disagreeing votes of the
two Houses on the bill providing for the support of the State
Government for the year ending 30th September, 1879, and
requesting a further conference, and concur therein. We
have appointed as managers on the part of the Senate, Mess.
McLane and Gorman.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 193, 194,195,
196, 197, 198 of Article First of the Supplement of 1870, to
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany County,"
relating to Birds, &c.
