Gentlemen of the Senate:

The House of Delegates have refused to concur in the report
of the Committee on Conference on House bill No. 212, en-
titled an Act to make appropriations for State Government
for year ending Sept. 30th, 1879, and respectfully return said
bill herewith to the Senate, and ask a further Committee of
Conference to consist of two on the part of the Senate and
three on the part of the House.
