lists of county expenses and levies and notices, or other
papers issuing from the County Commissioners required by

Senate bill entitled an Act to consolidate the Baltimore,
Hampden and Towsonton Railroad Company, incorporated
by the Act of 1868, Chapter 314, under the name of the Bal-
timore and Swann Lake Passenger Railroad Company, as
amended by the. Act of 1874, Chapter 272,and the Baltimore,
Towsontown, Dulany's Valley and Delta Narrow Guage
Railway Company, as incorporated under the provisions of
the Act of 1870, Chapter 476, with powers to construct,
manage and operate a railway from the City of Baltimore
through Baltimore and Harford Counties to Delta near the
Pennsylvania line.
