years from the Treasury of the State." I have the honor to
transmit herewith, a statement showing each and every sum
of money paid from the State Treasury to said College from
January 2nd,1868 to January 15th, 1878, inclusive together
with dates of payments and the various Acts and Resolutions
authorizing said payments.
