Maryland Penitentiary, and the Warden thereof, shall not
receive into said Penitentiary any person sentenced to im-
prisonment by any Court of any other State, or by any Court
of the United States, other than the Courts of the United
States for the District of Maryland, and shall in all'contracts
to be made hereafter tor the employment of the convicts in
said Penitentiary, and in the sale of the manufactures of the
said Institution, provided goods so manufactured, whether
under said contracts, or for sale, shall be sold beyond the
limits of this State.
