Maryland College.

mittee on Finance.

House bill to authorize the County Commissioners of
Charles County to inquire into, and if found correct, to pay
to Samuel Queen money erroneously paid by him as taxes.

Which was read a first time, and referred to Messrs. Lan-
caster, Hill and Gorman.

House bill to authorize the Comptroller to pay John A.
Gillam, of Allegany County, a sum of money.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

House bill to amend certain Sections of Article 4, Public
Local Laws, title "Baltimore City," sub-title '-Harbors."

Which was read the first time, and referred to Baltimore
City Senators.

House bill to authorize Commissioners of Baltimore County
to settle claims of Augustus F. Dawes.

Freeman, Steiner and Humphreys.

House bill to empower Board of School Commissioners of
Baltimore County to pay R. M. G. Trainer for services ren-
dered as teacher.

of Worcester County, deceased, to the several churches therein
named.
