favorably,

House Joint Resolution directing the State Librarian to
furnish the Clerk of the Baltimore City Court with certain
books.

Mr. Franklin, from the Committee on Elections, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Sections 49 and 51, of Article 35, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Elections."

House bill authorising the Comptroller to adjust and settle-
the claim of Daniel A. McCoy.

House bill authorizing the Commissioners of Garrett
County to correct assessments made under Chapter 260, Acts
of 1876, on the shares of stock of the Lochiel Lumber, Min-
ing, Manufacturing and Improvement Company.
