House bill to authorize the Hon. Edward Hammond to sell
or exchange Maryland Reports belonging to Howard County.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators Gor-
mon, Lee and Freeman.

House bill entitled an Act to revive an Act to incorporate
the Vienna Academy, in Dorchester County.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Committee
on Finance.

House bill entitled an Act to further supplement the Act
to incorporate Companies to make several Turnpike Roads
through Baltimore County.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

House bill entitled an Act granting the assent of the Gene-
ral Assembly of Maryland to a legacy bequeathed by the last
will and testament of Simon Wolf, late of Baltimore County,
deceased, to the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, at
Canton, in Baltimore County.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill to amend the Act of 1870, Chapter 209, entitled
an Act to incorporate the Wesley Mutual Life Insurance
Company of Baltimore.
