No. 103. An Act to facilitate the examination of titles of
land in Harford County, by authorizing the Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court for Harford County, to make out a general index
to the law and equity dockets in his office and to provide for
the payment for the same.
No. 104. An Act to repeal Section 125, of Article 10, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County,"
as enacted by the Act passed at January Session, 1870, Chap-
ter 317, relating to Justices of the Peace and Constables, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 105. An Act granting the sanction of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, to the gift, devise and bequest in the
last will of Sarah Heller, late of Washington County, de-
ceased, to the German Reform Church, of Clearspring, Wash-
ington County, Maryland.
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay L. F. Colton & Co., for paper furnished, and foi print-
ing and binding and distributing the report of the Board of
State School Commissioners for the year 18.76, as per order of
the Governor, in compliance with the Acts of 1872, Chapter
377, sub-Chapter 12, Section 11,
