On motion by Mr. Gorman,

The bill was substituted for the unfavorable report.
Mr. Gorman submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Section 1, line 3, strike out all after the word "pay," to
the end of the section, and insert "to the order of Henry E.
Dennison, of Annapolis, the sum of one hundred dollars
out of any money in( the Treasury not otherwise appropriated,

to pay the claims of Harwood Iglehart, surviving partner of
James Iglehart.

With the request that the said bill be referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
