ret Counties, and providing for the appointment of an In-
spector for said mines, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments,

Being upon its third reading,
Mr. Gorman submitted the following amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Section 12, line 19, after the word "same," add, "at the

rate of 2,240 pounds per ton."

Section 14, line 7, insert after the word "sum," "not less
than ten dollars.''

Which were adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the third time, and
passed by yeas and nays, as follows :

The vote by which

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 134, of Article
30, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Crimes
and Punishments," sub-title "Millers' Mixing Flour," and
to re-enact the same with amendments,

Was ordered to be engrossed for a third reading,
Was reconsidered.

Said bill being upon its second reading.
Mr. Humphreys submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In Section 134, line.8, insert "Wicomico," after the words

"St. Mary's."

Which was adopted.
