On motion by Mr. Miller,
The vote by which

House bill entitled an Act relating to Justices of the Peace
in and for Washington County, was passed,

Was reconsidered.

Said bill being upon its third reading,
Mr. Miller submitted the following amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Amend title by striking out the word "county," and in-
sert the words, "and Talbot Counties."

Section 1, line 2, strike out the word "county," and in-
sert the words, "and Talbot Counties."

Section 1, line 3, strike ont the word "county," and insert
"counties."

Section 1, line 5, strike out the word "county," and insert
the word "counties."

Which were adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the third time, and;
passed by yeas and nays, as follows:
