and to re-enact the same with amendments,

Being upon its second reading,
Mr. Sulivane submitted the following amendment :
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Strike out the word "that" in line 19 of written bill, Sec-
lion 165, and insert the word "when."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Bannon submitted the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Add at the end of Section 165, the following:

"And provided further, that no deputy so appointed, or
the Sheriff, shall by reason of attending such camp-meeting,
make any charge for their services against the county for
such service rendered."

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the second time, and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 11, of Article
10, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Attachments,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments,

Being upon its second reading,
Mr. Sulivane submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

At the end of Section 1, add as follows: "And provided
that this Act shall in no manner affect any suit now pending
tinder existing law."

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the second time, and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Queen Anne's County to levy a sum sufficient

to pay Robert Goldsborough for certaia work performed in
the office of the Register of Wills for said county,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
