affirmative, the Chairman at 12. 40 P. M. declared the Joint
Assembly adjourned.
At 12. 40 P. M. the Senators returned to the Senate Cham-
ber, and resumed legislative business.

favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the further exten-
sion of the charter of the Frederick Town Savings Institution,
supplementary to an Act passed at January Session, 1858,
