the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Somerset County,"
sub-title "Princess Anne," as amended by Chapter 183, of
the Acts of 1867, by repealing Sections 108 and 109, of Chap-
ter 183, of the Acts of 1867, entitled an "Act to incorporate
the town of Princess Anne, in Somerset County, Maryland,"
and re-enacting the same with amendments, and to add a
new section thereto,
