No. 95. An Act to repeal Section 296, and sub-Section 1,
of the Public Local Laws of Washington County, entitled
"Smithsburg," and to re-enact the same with amendments,

No. 96. An Act to refund to Dr. J. W. Downey, of New
Market, Frederick County, a sum of money erroneously paid
into the Treasury.

No. 97. An Act to authorize the Commissioners of Wor-
certer County to erect and maintain a bridge over Herring
creek, in said county, and to levy a sum of money
therefor.

No. 98. An Act to continue the corporate existence of the
Bank of Commerce in the City of Baltimore, and to au-
thorize the canceling by it of two thousand seven hundred
shares of the capital stock thereof.

No. 99. An Act to release certain claims of the State
against Collectors, Sheriffs and others, and to discontinue
the suits for the recovery thereof.

No. 100. An Act to authorize the County Commissioners
of Queen Anne's County, to levy a sum of money as a pen-
sion for Solomon Tate, of said county.

No. 101. An Act to authorize the County Commissioners
of Montgomery County to levy a sum of money to pay the
claims of Lawrence A. Darby and Mary V. K. Robertson,
Administratrix of Wm. L. Robertson, deceased, for taxes
erroneously paid by them.

No. 102. An Act to authorize the Comptroller to adjust
and settle the accounts due by Collectors, Sheriffs, Clerks of
Courts, Registers of Wills, and other rect ivers of public
moneys in cases where indebtedness accrued prior to and in-
cluding the year 1875.

No. 103. An Act to facilitate the examination of titles of
land in Harford County, by authorizing the Clerk of the
Circuit Court for said county, to make out a general index to
the law and equity dockets in his office, and to provide for
the paying for the same.

No. 104. An Act to repeal Section 125, of Article 10, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County,"
as enacted by Chapter 317, of the Acts of 1870, relating to
Justices of the Peace and Constables, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

No. 105. An Act granting the sanction of the General
Assembly to the bequest of Sarah Heller, late of Washing-
ton County, deceased, to the German Reform Church of
Clearspring, Washington County.
