Article 18, of the Code of Public General Laws, and re-en-
act the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 1, of Chapter
291, of the Acts passed at January Session, of 1876, enti-
tled an Act to remove all gates from the public roads of
Charles County.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Lancaster, Hill and Gorman.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Baltimore County to provide station houses or
lock-ups in portions of the county adjacent to the City of
Baltimore.

Freeman, Dennis and Sulivane.

distributing the map accompanying the award of Commis-
sioners to settle the boundary line between the States of
