the county seat of said countv, and removing the Court House
from Port Tobacco to La Plata, and to provide for the pur-
chase of a site at La Plata and the building of a Court House
thereon,

Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act enti-
tled an Act to incorporate "The Isabella Gas Works" of
Frederick City, passed at the January Session, 1853, Chap-
ter 234, and also an Act supplementary to an Act entitled an
Act to incorporate "The Isabella Gas Works" of Frederick
City, passed at the January Session, 1862, Chapter 69,
