House bill entitled an Act for the protection of partridges,
pheasants, rabbits, woodcock and rail bird, and to prevent
trespassing, with dog or gun, on private property in Cecil
and Harford Counties,

Being upon its third reading,
Mr. Miller submitted the following amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Amend by inserting after the word "year," in line 6, Sec-
tion 1, the words "in either of said counties."

Add the following as Section 6 :

"Section 6, And be it enacted, That any party or parties
against whom any Justice of the Peace shall have rendered
a judgment under the provisions of this Act, may at any-
time within twenty days from the rendition thereof, appeal
from such judgment to the Circuit Court, for the county in
which said judgment may be rendered.''

Section 6, heretofore adopted, to be "Section 7."
Which were adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the third time, and
passed by yeas and nays as follows:

House bill entitled an Act to add a sub-section to Section
7, Chapter 52, of an Act entitled an Act to incorporate the
Dorchester and Delaware Railroad Company, passed at the
January extra Session, 1866,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
