Mr. Sulivane, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Hunting Creek:
Wharf Company of Dorchester County.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Humphreys, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees of
the Asbury Methodist Episcopal Church, Sharptown, Wico-
mico County.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Steiner, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor, Alder-
men and Common Council of Frederick to issue bonds for the-
purpose oi redeeming the present outstanding bonds of said
municipal corporation.

Which was read the second time.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorise the construction,
and maintenance of a line of telegraph from the House of Cor-
rection at Jessup's Station, in Anne Arundel County, to the
Police Headquarters in Baltimore City, and from the State
Penitentiary to the Police Headquarters in Baltimore
City,

Was read the second time, an'd ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and de-
livered

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct the Board
of Commissioners of Montgomery County to reassess the farm;
of James L. Dorsey.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Peter, Gorman and Franklin.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to amend by adding additional
sections to the Act of 1861, Chapter 7, entitled an Act to
amend the 83d Article of the Code Public General Laws, by
exempting a certain amount of property from executions, as
said Act was amended by the Act of 1870, Chapter 195.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
