The proceedings of yesterday were read and approved.
Mr. Hill moved to reconsider the vote by which
House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 176, of Chap-
ter 314, of an Act passed January Session, 1870, entitled an
Act to add additional sections to Article 11, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Frederick County, relating to the pow-
ers and duties of the Mayor, Aldermen and Common Council
of Frederick, to follow Section 169, added thereto by the Act
of 1868, Chapter 87, and to enact a substitute in lieu thereof,

Was passed.
