Falls to the Rolling Road, in Baltimore County, by the Com-
missioners of said county,

Being upon its third reading,

Mr. Freeman submitted the following proposed amend-
ments :

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

In preamble, line 10, after the word "road," insert "at
the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad."

Section 1, line 5, after the words "Maiden's Choice Read,"
insert "at the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad."

Add at the end of Section 1 the words "due to D, J. Mc-
Cauley, John C. Holland and others."

Which were adopted.

Said bill as amended, was then read the third time, and
passed by yeas and nays as follows :

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 176, of Chap-
ter 314, of an Act passed January Session, 1870, entitled an
Act to add additional Sections to Article 11, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Frederick County, relating to the pow-
ers and duties of the Mayor, Aldermen and Common Coun-
cil of Frederick, to follow Section 169, added thereto by the
Act of 1868, Chapter 87, and to enact a substitute in lieu
thereof,

Being upon its third reading,

Mr. Steiner submitted the following proposed amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Amend by striking out "176" and inserting the following :

176. The taxable limits of Frederick City shall from and
after the passage of this Act, be as follows : Beginning at a
