The President announced the order of the day to be
House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 27, 28, 29, 30,
31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36, of Article 56, of the Code of Public-
General Laws, entitled "Licenses," sub-title "Foreign Cor-
porations and Companies," and the amendments thereto
made by Chapter 388, of the Acts of the General Assembly,
passed at the January Session, 1872, Chapter 400, of the Act
of the General Assembly, passed at the January Session,
1874, and Chapter 248, of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly, passed at the January Session, 1876, and to repeal Sec-
tion 105, of Article 26, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Corporations," sub-title "Insurance Companies," and
the amendments made thereto by Chapter 9, of the Acts of
the General Assembly, passed at the January Session, 1874,
and to re-enact said Sections 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34,
35 and 36, of said Article 56, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Licenses, sub-title "Foreign Corporations and
Companies," and also to re-enact Section 105, of said Article
26, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Corporations,"
sub-title "Insurance Companies," with amendments.
