House bill entitled an Act to amend Article 20, of the Pub-
lic Local Laws, title ''Talbot County," sub-title "Trappe,"
by adding additional sections thereto.

Mr. Newcomer, from a Select Committee, reported favor a-

bly,

House bill entitled an Act to enable the County Commis-
sioners of Washington County to protect its interests as cred-
itor of and guarantor for the Western Maryland Railroad
Company.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Franklin, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Chapter 192, of the
Acts of 1874, entitled an Act to revive and extend an Act of
the General Assembly, passed December Session, 1846, Chap-
ter 68, entitled "an Act to incorporate the Trustees of the
Buckingham Academy and Female Seminary of Berlin," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Humphreys, from a Select Committee, reported favora-
bly,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Chapter 155, of the
Act of 1876, entitled an Act for the better protection of birds
and game in Wicomico County, and to re-enact the follow-
ing in lieu thereof.

Mr. Steiner, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 393, of Article
11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Frederick
County," and re-enact the same with amendments.

Mr. Freeman, from the Committee on Temperance, re-
ported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified voters
