NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified voters of
certain Election Districts of Dorchester County, to deter-
mine by ballot whether spirituous or fermented liquors shall
be sold in said districts, or a license granted for the sale of
the same therein,

Being upon its third reading,
On motion by Mr. Sulivane,

The further consideration of said bill was postponed, and
made the order of the day, for Wednesday, the 13th inst.,
at 1 o'clock.

Senate bill entitled an Act to empower the People's Pas-
senger Railway Co. to accept subscriptions to its capital stock
in personal property and real estate,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays,
as follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.

Messrs. President, Gorman,
Combs, of Allegany, Joyce,
Combs, of St. Mary's, Lee,
Cooper, Peter,
Dennis, Steiner,
Ford, Stump,
Franklin, Sulivane—15.
Freeman,

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates

On motion by Mr. Sulivane,
The vote by which,

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide a sinking fund for
the payment of the bonded debt of Dorchester County,

Was ordered to be engrossed for a third reading,

Was reconsidered.
