Act to repeal Section 45, of Article 51, of the Code of Public
General Laws, entitled Justices of the Peace, sub-title Su-
persedeas and Execution, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay Walter B. Brooks, assignee in bankruptcy of Stirling
Ahrens & Co., for the rent of certain Warehouses in the City
of Baltimore, used as State Tobacco Warehouses.

Senate bill entitled an Act to cede to the United States the
title to the land occupied by the Antietam National Ceme-
tery, near Sharpsburg, Washington County, in the State of
Maryland, and to cede jurisdiction over same.

of Public Local Laws, to be entitled "Garrett County."

trespassing with dog or gun on private property in Cecil and

House bill entitled an Act to make valid the devise of Sa-
rah E. Patterson, late of Chester County, Pennsylvania, de-
ceased, of the sum of $750 to the Trustees of Lower West
Nottingham Presbyterian Church, in Cecil County, State of
Maryland.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
