Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay William Hepbron and J. W. Howard, late Collectors
of State Taxes, in Kent County, the amounts overpaid by
them, into the Treasury,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :
