Towsontown, Dulany's Valley and Delta Narrow Guage Rail-
way Company, as incorporated under the provisions of the
Act of 1870, Chapter 476, with powers to construct, manage
and operate a railway from the City of Baltimore, through
Baltimore and Harford Counties, to Delta near the Pennsyl-
vania line,

Being upon its second reading,

Article 10, Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester Coun-
ty," sub-title "County Commissioners," as enacted by Chap-
ter 449, Acts of 1870, and all other Acts or parts of Acts in-
consistent with the provisions of this Act, and to enact the
following in lieu thereof,

third reading.
