from your amendments to the House Bill entitled an Act to
regulate the fees of the State's Attorney for Charles County.

Senate bill entitled an Act to release certain claims of the
State against Collectors, Sheriffs and others, and to discon-
tinue the suits for the recovery thereof.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 125, of Article
10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester
County," as enacted by the Act passed at January Session,
1870, Chapter 317, relating to Justices of the Peace and
Constables, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

With the following proposed amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend Section 125, line 6, by striking out the words "and
not afterwards," and insert in lieu of these, the words "or
within five days thereafter."
