House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 13, of Chapter
483, of the Acts of 1874, entitled an Act to repeal Article
81, of the Code of Public General Laws of the State of
Maryland, entitled "Revenue and Taxes," and to re-enact
the same with amendments, and to re-enact the said section
with amendments.
