of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore County,"
sub-title "Circuit Court," as amended and re-enacted by
Chapter 180, passed at January Session, 1872, and to re-
enact the same with amendments,

On motion by Mr. Freeman,
The vote by which said bill was passed,
Was reconsidered, and,
Mr. Freeman submitted the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Amend by adding a new section.

Section 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take ef-
fect from and after the 1st day of July, 1878.
