ister of Wills for Montgomery County.

On motion by Mr. Peter,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Finance to intro-
duce a bill to repeal Sections 107, 108, 109, 110, 111 and 112,
of Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Revenue and Taxes, " as re-enacted by Act of 1874, Chapter
483.

On motion by Mr. Sterner, it was

Ordered, That a copy of the Senate Journal be mailed
daily to each, newspaper in the State, and that the Post-
master of the Senate be directed to procure a sufficient quan-
tity of stamps for that purpose.

Mr. Lee from the Joint Committee on Printing, made the
following

REPORT.

The Joint Committee on Printing, appointed under the
24th Section of the 3rd Article of the Constitution, respect-
fully report that they have contracted with George Colton,
printer, selected by the General Assembly of Maryland, to
print and supply the General Assembly of eighteen hundred
and seventy-eight with the following, to-wit:

12, 500 copies Governor's Message in English.

1, 000 " " " German.

6, 000 " Comptroller's Report.

4, 000 " Adjutant General's Report.

4, 000 " Treasurer's Report.

4, 000 " School Report.

2, 000 " Insurance Commissioner's Report.

2, 000 " Reports on Fisheries.

500 " Boundary Commissioners' Report.

'500 " State Board of Health Report:

1, 500 " each, Daily Journal, Senate and House
of Delegates,

4, 000 " Oyster Police Report.

200 " each, Bills, Senate and House of Dele-
gates.

2, 000 " each, yeas and nays, Senate and House
Delegates.
