New Castle, Delaware, to the vestry of St. Stephens' Church, Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Hill,
Bannon, Humphreys, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
On motion by Mr. Ford,
Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit stock from running Was reconsidered.
Mr. Ford submitted the following amendment:
In Section 10, line 5, strike out all after the words Which was adopted.
Said bill, as amended, was then ordered to be engrossed
