New Castle, Delaware, to the vestry of St. Stephens' Church,
North Sassafras Parish, in Cecil County, State of Maryland,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as

follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.

Combs, of Allegany, Joyce,
Combs, of St. Mary's, Lancaster,
Cooper, McLane,
Dennis, Miller,
Ford, Newcomer,
Franklin, Stump,
Freeman, Welfley,
Gorman, Wilson—21.
Hepbron,

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

On motion by Mr. Ford,
The vote by which

Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit stock from running
at large on the public roads in School District No. 6, of
Election District No. 1, of Queen Anne's County, was or-
dered to be engrossed for a third reading,

Was reconsidered.

Mr. Ford submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In Section 10, line 5, strike out all after the words
"twenty dollars," to the end of the section.

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

The following Senate bill having passed both Branches of
the General Assembly, was this day presented to the Gov-
ernor for his approval.
