Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Safe Deposit
Company of Baltimore, Chapter 242, of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of 1864, and the several Acts amendatory
thereof, viz.: The Acts of 1867, Chapter 82; of 1868, Chap-
ter 394; and of 1876, Chapter 27; by the last of which the
name of said Company was changed to the Safe Deposit and
Trust Company of Baltimore,

Being upon its third reading, (by unanimous consent,) Mr.
McLane submitted the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Add the following at the end of the 4th Section :

"And provided, That nothing herein contained shall be
construed to interfere in any manner whatever with the right
