Leave was granted to Senators Franklin, Humphreys and to levy a sum of money therefor. Mr. Hill, from a Select Committee, reported unfavorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1872, Chap- Grain, and, On motion by Mr. Miller, Was ordered to lie over. Mr. Garey, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to create a new Election Dis- Which was read the first time.
Mr. Sulivane moved to refer said bill to the Committee on Which was rejected by yeas and nays as follows : AFFIRMATIVE.

Mr. Garey moved that the rules be suspended so as to give Which was rejected by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE.
