1876, Chapter 387, entitled an Act to regulate the shooting
of ducts and other wild fowl in West and Rhode Eivers, and
their creeks in Anne Arundel County, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Franklin, from a Select Committee, reported favora-
bly,

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for surveying and
marking the boundary line between the Stales of Maryland
and Virginia, as ascertained and determined by the arbitra-
tors heretofore appointed on the part of Maryland and Vir-
ginia, respectively.

Which was read the first time.
On motion by Mr. Peter,

The rules were suspended so as to give a second reading
this day to said bill, by yeas and nays, as follows:

titles of land in Harford County, by authorizing the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Harford County, to make out a general
index to the Law and Equity Dockets in his office, and to
provide for the paying for the same.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. McLane, from the Committee oa Finance, reported
favorably,

Bouse bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 13, of Chapter
483, of the Acts of 1874, entitled an Act to repeal Article 81,
