Senate bill entitled an Act assigning the interest of the
State of Maryland in certain personal assets of Cyntice
Cannon, a deceased intestate, born out of wedlock unto
Catharine M. Cannon, of Dorchester County,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:

66, of Article 51, of the Code of Public General Laws of the
State of Maryland, relating to judgments of Justices of the
Peace,

Being upon its third reading,
Mr. Gorman submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from and after the date of its passage.

Which was adopted.

reading.

to Brent's Landing, on Port Tobacco Creek, from the point
