Senate bill, File No. 184, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments, sections G, 7, 9 and 12,
of Article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Crimes and Punishment,' sub-title 'Arson and Burn-
ing,' and to add two new sections to said Article 27. to
be numbered and known as 'Sections 12 A and 201 B,'
respectively."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Judiciay.

Also,

Senate bill, File No. 271, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize the County Commissioners of Howard county to
issue bonds to procure money for the repairing of
roads, bridges and culverts in Howard county, and to
levy a tax for the payment of same."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Howard delegation and Mr. Ray.

Senate bill, File No. 247, entitled "An Act for the
relief of Y. Murray Sulivane, Corporal Company G,
and J. Fred. Barton, Private Company A, Fifth Regi-
