On motion of Mr. Roth, it was

Ordered, That the Librarian be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to furnish for the use of the
members of the House of Delegates,- fifteen (15) copies
of the Code of Public General Laws, fifteen copies of
the Code of Public Local Laws, fifteen copies of the
supplement to the Code of Maryland and ten copies
each of the Acts subsequent to the adoption of the
Code of 1888.

Which was read, and referred to the Committee on
Library.

On motion of Mr. Buckler, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Wilkinson be excused from
to-day's session on account of sickness.
On motion of Mr. McComas, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Trager be excused on account of
business.

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corpora-
tions to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to limit the
hours of service of certain employees engaged in
operating any railroad in this State."

On motion of Mr. Harvey,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to appro-
priate the sum of two thousand one hundred and
twelve dollars and ninety-nine cents, out of the public
school funds, to reimburse Garrett county for an in-
